Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a motor. A magnet and a rotor core of a motor can be efficiently cooled. The motor (2) is provided with a stator (6) provided with a coil (4) and a rotor (8) arranged on the radial inner side of the stator (6). The rotor (8) is provided with a rotor shaft (10), a rotor iron core (12) supported to rotate together with the rotor shaft (10), and an end plate (24) arranged on the rotor iron core (12). The rotor core (12) is provided with a refrigerant path (20) extending in the axial direction of the rotor core (12) between a magnet (16) held by the rotor core (12) and a magnet groove (14) accommodating the magnet (16), and the end plate (24) is provided with a flange part (28) protruding toward the rotor core (12) in the axial direction of the rotor core (12) at a position closer to the radial outer side than the radial inner end surface (18) of the magnet (16).
