The invention relates to a motor. A magnet and a rotor core of a motor can be efficiently cooled. The motor (2) is provided with a stator (6) provided with a coil (4) and a rotor (8) arranged on the radial inner side of the stator (6). The rotor (8) is provided with a rotor shaft (10), a rotor iron core (12) supported to rotate together with the rotor shaft (10), and an end plate (24) arranged on the rotor iron core (12).
