The method comprises the following steps: preparing a cerebrospinal fluid test solution of the SD rat through a microdialysis method; the UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technology is adopted to rapidly and accurately detect the uncaria brain entering components, and the monomers or effective components acting on brain tissues are screened out, so that the effectiveness of the basic research of uncaria is ensured; a hippocampus CA1 region is selected to research the influence of different uncaria brain-entering components on neuronal excitability, and the difference and pharmacological action of neuronal excitability are analyzed through a whole-cell patch clamp technology so as to determine the effective uncaria brain-entering components.
