Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a machining method for a 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb martensitic stainless steel gas turbine blade. The grain size of the machined gas turbine blade can reach the fifth level or above. The method comprises the following steps: step A, first-fire forging: loading the gas turbine blade into an electric furnace, heating the gas turbine blade to 1100-1130 DEG C, preserving heat for 30-45 minutes, discharging the gas turbine blade out of the electric furnace, air-cooling the gas turbine blade, and forging the gas turbine blade; step B, quenching: loading the forged gas turbine blade into an electric furnace, heating to 1150 DEG C, preserving heat for 10-45 minutes, and then discharging and air-cooling; and C, tempering is conducted, specifically, the quenched gas turbine blade is loaded into an electric furnace to be heated to 720 DEG C, and after heat preservation is conducted for 2 hours, the gas turbine blade is discharged out of the furnace and subjected to air cooling.
