Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of variety identification, in particular to an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) molecular marker for identifying an Anyi tile grey chicken variety and application of the SNP molecular marker. The invention discloses an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) site and an SNP molecular marker for identifying the variety of Anyi Huayu chicken and application of the SNP site and the SNP molecular marker. According to the SNP site, the SNP molecular marker and a primer group, the variety or product of the Anyi Huayu chicken and the variety or product of the non-Anyi Huayu chicken can be rapidly identified. The fourteen SNP loci provided by the invention can accurately distinguish the Anyi tile grey chicken from other chicken breeds in the global environment.
