Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling the yield of tuberous root and tuber plants by using a mannan cytokinin activating enzyme gene SsLOG-like3, which adopts overexpression of the mannan cytokinin activating enzyme gene SsLOG-like3 to activate endogenous cytokinin of the plants and promote increase of the number of tuberous roots or tubers and plant branches so as to achieve the purpose of yield increase. The high catalytic activity characteristic of the SsLOG-like3 gene is utilized, the number of tuberous roots and tubers and the number of plant branches of the tuberous root and tuber plants are increased through expression of the SsLOG-like3 gene, and genetic improvement of the plants is facilitated. 本发明公开了一种甘露子细胞分裂素激活酶基因SsLOG-like3调控块根块茎类植物产量的方法,采用超表达甘露子细胞分裂素激活酶基因SsLOG-like3,激活植物内源细胞分裂素,促进块根或块茎数量和植株分枝增加,进而达到增产的目的。本发明利用甘露子SsLOG-like3基因高催化活性特征,通过其表达增加块根块茎类植物块根块茎数量和植株分枝数,有助于该类植物的遗传改良。
