Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a scratch-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene carrier roller material and a preparation method thereof. The scratch-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene carrier roller material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), 0.05 to 5 parts of an antioxidant, 100 to 1000 parts of a pre-unwrapping auxiliary agent, 0.05 to 10 parts of an anti-entanglement agent, 0.05 to 5 parts of a silane coupling agent containing long-chain alkyl, 100 to 1000 parts of a water-ethanol mixed solution and 1 to 5 parts of a scratch-resistant slipping agent.
