Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of fluorescent probes, in particular to a fluorescent probe for detecting hypochlorous acid and preparation and application thereof.According to the fluorescent probe, double-vinylidene-connector D-pi-A conjugated dicyanoisophorone and quinoline salt are constructed, ultraviolet absorption peaks exist at the positions of 435 nm and 715 nm in a mixed solution of acetonitrile and water with the volume ratio being 9: 1, and after hypochlorous acid is added, ultraviolet absorption peaks exist at the positions of 435 nm and 715 nm; the absorption peak at the 435nm position is reduced, and the absorption peak at the 715nm position is increased. When other interferents are added, the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of the fluorescent probe has no obvious change. In a fluorescence spectrum, the fluorescence probe does not emit any fluorescence by taking 530nm as an excitation wavelength, and after hypochlorous acid is added, the fluorescence intensity at 670nm is obviously enhanced.
