The composite sagger comprises the following raw materials: spinel, petalite, sodium zirconium phosphate, a 10% polyvinyl alcohol solution, water and a coating. According to the sagger provided by the invention, spinel is a mineral composed of magnesium-aluminum oxides and has the advantages of erosion resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal shock resistance and the like. Petalite and sodium zirconium phosphate are introduced into the sagger, low-temperature sintering of the spinel material is achieved, the sintering strength is high, and the thermal vibration performance is good; and a zirconium oxide coating is generated on the surface of the sagger through a sol-gel process, so that the alkali corrosion resistance of the sagger can be greatly improved, and the service life of the sagger is prolonged.
