Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an in-situ additive manufacturing method and device for a leakage-stopping ring of a water turbine runner, and aims to solve the problem that a traditional leakage-stopping ring is easy to crack and fall off, shorten the replacement time and improve the utilization rate of a generator set. The method comprises the steps of side wall forming process parameter determination, rotating wheel three-dimensional scanning, leakage stopping ring three-dimensional CAD model establishment, multi-printing-head collaborative printing track planning, in-situ additive manufacturing forming, morphology detection and allowance detection, in-situ heat treatment annealing, mechanical finish machining, quality detection and flaw detection and the like. The device comprises a rotating disc, a mechanical arm, a printing head and a welding machine, and unsupported additive manufacturing of the side wall of the rotating wheel can be achieved. According to the invention, the stability and the service life of
