The sulfur-silicon-doped carbon quantum dots as a reaction fluorophore and lead ions generate fluorescence change, and the terpyridyl ruthenium as a background fluorophore is stable and invariable and generates ratio fluorescence change, so that rapid and sensitive detection of the lead ions in cigarette production is realized.
