Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides hydrogel with oxidation-reduction sensitivity and biological activity as well as a preparation method and application of the hydrogel. The redox sensitive bioactive hydrogel disclosed by the invention can realize effective delivery of stem cells and local controlled release of PRP growth factors, regulate an intimal microenvironment, prevent mouse endometrium adhesion and accelerate repair of damaged intimal. The hydrogel prepared from the natural biomacromolecules tChi and tHA modified by sulfydryl has the advantages of no immunogenicity, biodegradability, high biological activity and the like. Compared with the existing commercialized sodium hyaluronate hydrogel (G-HA) for clinically treating intrauterine adhesion, the bioactive hydrogel prepared by the invention shows more excellent endometrial repair promoting capability in animal experiments.
