According to the resveratrol compound disclosed by the invention, three substances, namely resveratrol, hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and stevioside, are fully mixed by adopting a mechanical crushing solid-phase preparation technology to prepare the resveratrol compound. The resveratrol compound and the resveratrol have high saturation solubility in water, no organic solvent remains, the preparation method is simple, the energy consumption is low, the antioxidant activity is good, and the cytotoxicity is lower. The resveratrol compound disclosed by the invention is suitable for preparing functional foods and daily chemical products.
