Zusammenfassung:A first notification CPU (243a) determines whether or not a condition is satisfied that two frames addressed to a second notification CPU (243b) having a common serial number and a common data body with the two frames addressed to the first notification CPU (243a) are stored in a first buffer (243e). When the condition is not satisfied, the two frames sent to the first notification CPU (243a) stored in the first buffer (243e) are not used. 使第1通知用CPU(243a)判定是否满足具有与发给第1通知用CPU(243a)的2帧共同的序列编号以及共同的数据主体的发给第2通知用CPU(243b)的2帧被存放于第1缓存器(243e)这样的条件。在不满足该条件的情况下，不采用存放于第1缓存器(243e)的发给第1通知用CPU(243a)的2帧。
