Well site wet screening system for proppants and method of using same

The present invention includes a mobile system for wet screening oil well proppants at a wellsite to provide controlled and controllable amounts of appropriately graded and screened proppants and fluids to a fracturing fluid blending system. The system includes a trailer towed over a road to the wellsite by an inclined track system. A wet screening component is engaged with the trailer track system, the wet screening component further including a proppant screening assembly, a proppant feed tank through which proppant can be received to produce a slurry, a fluid injection system, and a fracturing slurry collection bin. The wet screening member moves along the track to an operating position that establishes a predetermined height of a bin outlet.
