Devices and methods for tissue transfer

A tissue transfer device includes a handle and a chisel attached to the handle. A push rod or tamper extends through the chisel and is axially movable relative to the chisel. A control mechanism coupled to the handle moves the tamper distally relative to the outer tube to expel tissue grafts from the chisel in a controlled manner.
