The rotor assembly is rotationally connected with the supporting device at the first supporting rotation center and the second supporting rotation center and rotates around the connecting line of the first supporting rotation center and the second supporting rotation center, and the distance between the first supporting rotation center and the gravity center of the rotor assembly is a first distance.
