Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and system for testing a cadmium telluride thin film solar cell, and the method comprises the steps: 1, carrying out the EQE test of a to-be-tested cell device; step 2, processing the battery device for at least one time; the treatment process comprises the following steps: heating the battery device, and then performing voltage bias and/or illumination treatment on the heated battery device; step 3, carrying out EQE test on the processed battery device; and 4, comparing EQE test curve results of the battery device in each step.
