The invention discloses a prediction method for peptide-protein interaction and corresponding binding residues. The prediction method comprises the following steps: acquiring peptide-protein interaction and corresponding interaction site information, and constructing a data set; calculating the multi-source sequence characteristics of the peptide and the protein; constructing peptide residue features, protein residue features, peptide sequence features and protein sequence features, and mapping the features to a unified feature dimension space to obtain corresponding feature vectors; constructing a peptide-protein pair interaction diagram; constructing a peptide and protein interaction and corresponding binding site prediction model, and training; and adopting the trained peptide and protein interaction and corresponding binding site prediction model to predict the actual peptide-protein interaction result and the interaction residue site.
