The invention provides a pixel circuit of a display panel. The pixel circuit comprises a light-emitting component, a transistor, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first switch and a second switch. A transistor is disposed in the driving current path to adjust a driving current of the light emitting element. The first end of the first switch is coupled to the data line. The second end of the first switch is coupled to the first end of the first capacitor and the control end of the transistor. The first end of the second switch is coupled to the second end of the first capacitor and the first end of the second capacitor. The second end of the second switch is coupled to the first end of the transistor.
