The hydraulic collection experiment platform comprises a water tank, a particle platform, a hydraulic simulation assembly and a laser camera assembly, the water tank is filled with water, a movable particle platform is arranged in the water tank, and mineral particles to be detected are fixed on the particle platform through a three-dimensional force sensor; the hydraulic simulation assembly comprises an ore collecting pump and a jet flow nozzle, the ore collecting pump simulates the condition during underwater suction operation, and the jet flow nozzle simulates the underwater jet flow condition; and the laser camera component is matched to record the movement state of the mineral particles during suction operation.
