The method comprises the following steps: constructing a product incidence matrix and a user preference matrix based on product behavior historical data of a plurality of users; determining the class of the target user so as to determine a recommended product set; determining a matching degree between the target user and each to-be-recommended product in the to-be-recommended product set; determining a customized product recommendation table of the target user according to the matching degree; and determining the first second number of products in the customized product recommendation table as recommended products of the target user.
