Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an electromagnetic induction compensation type laser reflecting mirror which comprises a reflecting mirror body, an electromagnetic induction coil, a mirror body fixing base, a radiator, a fan, a frequency conversion heating controller, a fan power source, a temperature indicator, a thermocouple, a fixing bolt and a clamp. A layer of magnetic material is adopted in a mirror surface area with low laser absorption power for electromagnetic induction heating, meanwhile, the magnetic material has a higher thermal expansion coefficient, the thermal deformation of the mirror surface can be improved from the two aspects of thermal compensation and non-matched thermal expansion coefficients at the same time, and weak magnetic materials are adopted in other components to reduce the influence of electromagnetic induction heating. Simulation results show that the thermal deformation of the silicon carbide cast iron-coated reflecting mirror is only 7.45% of that of a silicon carbide reflecting mir
