Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a full liquid phase immunoassay method for different HER2 antigen expressions based on alternating current magnetization response of superparamagnetic nanoparticles. The method comprises the following steps: determining an expression form of an HER2 antigen in a human body; when the HER2 antigen is expressed in a human body in the form of the extracellular HER2 antigen, the concentration value of the extracellular HER2 antigen in the detected reagent is rapidly detected by adopting a detection method of a single-stage structure, a two-stage structure or a three-stage structure; when the HER2 antigen is expressed in the form of the exosome HER2 antigen in a human body, the concentration value of the exosome HER2 antigen in the detected reagent is rapidly detected by adopting a two-stage structure or three-stage structure detection method; when the HER2 antigen is expressed in a human body in the form of the free HER2 antigen, the concentration value of the free HER2 antigen in the detect
