Microstrip antenna sensor and saline solution concentration measurement system and method

The invention provides a microstrip antenna sensor and a saline solution concentration measuring system and method. The microstrip antenna sensor comprises a dielectric substrate, and one surface of the dielectric substrate is provided with a metal disc. A CSRR structure ground plane and a coaxial feed structure are arranged on the other surface of the substrate; the metal disc serves as an antenna radiator to intrude into a salt solution to be measured to sense changes of dielectric constants of the salt solution, the CSRR structure grounding face is of a split metal ring structure, and the resonant frequency of the microstrip antenna sensor is adjusted by adjusting geometric parameters of the split metal ring. The resonant frequency (reflection coefficient of a coaxial feed port) of the microstrip antenna sensor is detected through the vector network analyzer, and the concentration value of the salt solution to be detected can be inverted.
