Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a die-casting alloy workpiece defect detection method and system based on visual identification, and relates to the technical field of visual identification detection.The die-casting alloy workpiece defect detection method comprises the steps that three-dimensional modeling data of a workpiece is obtained in advance, an illumination simulation model is combined, and simulation results of a reflective surface, a low-light surface and a light and shade mixed surface are generated under multi-angle light source irradiation; the misjudgment risk caused by poor illumination conditions in the actual detection process is reduced; secondly, a plurality of CCD (charge coupled device) cameras and multi-angle light sources are used for visual identification, and a dynamic adjustment strategy is combined, so that the positions of the cameras and the parameters of the light sources can be adjusted in real time according to the specific condition of the workpiece and the change of the detection envir
