Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a common-path spatial phase-shift dual-channel digital holographic three-dimensional chromatography system for polarizing beam splitting. The common-path spatial phase-shift dual-channel digital holographic three-dimensional chromatography system comprises a partially coherent light source module, a measurement light wave presetting module, an angle scanning and microscopic imaging module, a parameter light separation module, a dual-channel phase-shift interferogram acquisition module and a three-dimensional chromatography processor which are arranged in sequence, according to the system, a common-path system and a dual-channel system are combined in order, measurement light and reference light are transmitted in a common-path mode in the whole system, optical elements of a light path on one side of a non-common-path transmission system are saved, and in addition, a partially coherent light source module generates partially coherent light beams; the influence of parasitic fringe noise
