Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an autocorrelator based on gallium oxide two-photon absorption ultraviolet femtosecond laser pulse width measurement, and belongs to the technical field of photoelectric regulation and control. Comprising a laser generation device, an optical delay system and a self-correlation signal acquisition device, the laser generating device is used for generating a first beam and a second beam; the optical delay system is connected with the laser generating device and used for changing the time of the first light beam and the second light beam reaching the to-be-tested sample; the self-correlation signal acquisition device is used for receiving two-photon photoelectric conversion signal change data caused by the fact that the first light beam and the second light beam irradiate the sample to be detected in sequence, and obtaining a self-correlation signal based on the two-photon photoelectric conversion signal change data. The ultraviolet detector is prepared by fully utilizing the absorption c
