Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of smelting, in particular to an industrial pure iron smelting method based on LF refining phosphorus and sulfur double removal. According to the method, a process path of desulfurization, converter, LF, RH and continuous casting is adopted, in the LF refining process, the good bottom blowing stirring condition of an LF furnace is fully utilized, the processes of dephosphorization, deslagging, desulfurization and deslagging are conducted respectively, through two times of slagging and dephosphorization, the phosphorus content in the molten steel is removed to be 15 ppm or below, and through two times of slagging and desulfurization, the sulfur content in the molten steel is removed to be 10 ppm or below. Meanwhile, by means of two times of deslagging, rephosphorization in the rephosphorization, resulfurization and desulfurization processes is reduced by 5-10 ppm, so that the phosphorus element in a molten steel finished product (a continuous casting tundish sample) |
