The invention provides a primer and probe combination for detecting nine HPV types aiming at the nine HPV types of the HPV vaccine, namely HPV 16, HPV 18, HPV 58, HPV 52, HPV 6, HPV 45, HPV 11, HPV 33 and HPV 31 types, and provides a corresponding nucleic acid detection kit on the basis. The kit is based on a POCT detection method, one sample is subjected to three times of reaction to detect nine HPVs, and the reagent has the advantages of being capable of being transported, stored and operated at normal temperature, convenient and fast to use, low in cost, good in detection specificity and high in sensitivity.
