Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a molecular marker primer group based on Mangnolia officinalis and Mangnolia biloba transcriptome sequencing and application, and relates to the technical field of molecular biology and bioinformatics. The molecular marker primer group provided by the invention comes from transcriptome sequencing data of mangnolia officinalis and magnolia biloba, and consists of 16 pairs of primers. The invention also provides application of the molecular marker primer group in identification of mangnolia officinalis and magnolia biloba, mining of functional genes of mangnolia officinalis or molecular marker-assisted breeding of mangnolia officinalis.
