Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a probe combination for detecting genetic susceptibility genes of melanoma. The probe combination comprises at least one of sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-445. The invention also discloses a kit comprising the probe combination and a method for detecting the genetic susceptibility gene of melanoma by using the kit. According to the invention, melanoma genetic susceptibility related genes BAP1, BRCA2, CDK4, CDKN2A, NF1, PALB2, PTEN, TERT, STK11 and MBD4 can be detected at one time by using a hybrid capture method. The probe is wide in coverage, high in sequencing depth and capable of detecting embryonic line variation of all exon regions of a target gene.
