The method for preparing the ibeline by using the myrosinase Seyr comprises the following steps: taking 1g of cauliflower seeds, crushing, putting into 10mL of citrate buffer solution with the pH value of 6.0, adding 50U of myrosinase Seyr, reacting for 15 minutes under the conditions of 40 DEG C and 150rpm, and hydrolyzing to obtain the ibeline; the amino acid sequence of the myrosinase Semr is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. According to the present invention, the myrosinase Semyr is adopted to prepare the ibberin, the yield is high and can achieve 243 [mu] mol/100 g DW, the substrate conversion rate is high and can achieve 79.64%, the method is suitable for industrial application, and the foundation is laid for the large-scale preparation of the ibberin.
