Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an artificial gene of a fungal immunomodulatory protein FIP. The nucleotide sequence of the gene of the fungal immunomodulatory protein is shown as SEQ ID No. 1. The invention also relates to a protein coded by the gene, and the amino acid sequence of the protein is shown as SEQ ID NO.2. The invention designs an artificial gene sequence capable of expressing the fungal immunomodulatory protein FIP at a high level, further utilizes a pET28 vector to construct recombinant plasmids and converts the recombinant plasmids into an escherichia coli expression strain, so that soluble expression of an expression product is realized, and a large amount of recombinant fungal immunomodulatory protein FIP in a soluble form is obtained; in the expression system provided by the invention, the recombinant fungal immunomodulatory protein FIP can be folded in a proper manner and keeps natural conformation, and the prepared protein shows extremely remarkable hypoglycemic activity after being fed to mice.
