Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, and discloses a siRNA molecule for inhibiting an ATF6 alpha gene and application of the siRNA molecule. The siRNA molecule is any one of the following (1) to (3); (1) an siRNA molecule formed by complementation of an RNA single chain as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and an RNA single chain as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2; (2) an siRNA molecule formed by complementing an RNA single chain as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3 and an RNA single chain as shown in SEQ ID NO: 4; and (3) an siRNA molecule formed by complementation of an RNA single chain as shown in SEQ ID NO: 5 and an RNA single chain as shown in SEQ ID NO: 6. The siRNA molecule disclosed by the invention can inhibit the expression of ATF6 alpha genes and the expression of Th17 cell differentiation genes, so that the proportion of Th17 cells can be reduced, and a brand new target is provided for treating RA.
