Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method for preparing biliverdin by using heme oxygenase, which comprises the following steps: taking chlorhematin as a substrate, and carrying out catalytic oxidation reaction by using heme oxygenase SEQ ID NO: 2 or a mutant thereof to obtain the biliverdin. The method disclosed by the invention is high in substrate concentration, mild in reaction condition and high in product yield, and has industrial application and development prospects. 本发明提供了一种利用血红素加氧酶制备胆绿素的方法，包括如下步骤：以氯化血红素为底物，使用血红素加氧酶SEQ ID NO:2或者其突变体催化氧化反应，得到胆绿素。本发明的方法底物浓度高，反应条件温和，产物收率高，具有工业应用开发前景。
