Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a kit for preparing NK (Natural Killer) cells and application of the kit in preparation of the NK cells from umbilical cord blood. The kit provided by the invention comprises an NK cell activation culture medium and an NK cell amplification culture medium, the NK cell activation culture medium is prepared from 0.5% to 10% of CTSTM immune cell serum substitute, 20 ng/mL to 300 ng/mL of human IL-2, 10 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL of human IL-15 and 10 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL of human IL-21; the NK cell amplification culture medium is prepared from 0.5% to 10% of CTSTM immune cell serum substitute, 20 ng/mL to 300 ng/mL of human IL-2 and 10 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL of human IL-15. The invention also provides a method for preparing the umbilical cord blood-derived NK cells. The method comprises the following steps: separating mononuclear cells from an umbilical cord blood sample, and culturing by using an NK cell activation culture medium and an NK cell amplification culture medium in sequence.
