Comprising the following steps: expressing an acetolactate synthase gene through an inducible promoter by the genetic engineering strain, so as to realize controllable conversion of carbon flow from pyruvic acid to acetolactic acid. By introducing the plasmid capable of inducing strong expression of acetolactate synthetase, co-production of isoleucine and L-valine is realized, the production efficiency and yield are improved, the raw material conversion rate is improved, and the method has the advantages of high production efficiency and suitability for industrial production.
