According to the invention, the ceramic membrane with specific aperture and pressure tolerance is arranged in the channel between the two fermentation tanks, so that the fermentation system is provided, physical isolation can be formed when the fermentation system is used for co-culturing microalgae and yeast, exchange utilization of different fermentation metabolites is facilitated, and the utilization rate of the microalgae and the yeast is improved.
