Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a biomass-based smooth liquid-repellent coating. According to the preparation method, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is adopted as raw materials to provide a large number of binding sites, and under the action of a p-toluenesulfonic acid aqueous solution, polydimethylsiloxane, isophorone diisocyanate, methylated melamine formaldehyde resin and other raw materials react with one another to form a highly cross-linked polymer. The polydimethylsiloxane is used as a low-surface-tension auxiliary agent, and is gradually enriched on the surface of the coating in the cross-linking and curing process to form a compact molecular brush. A coating formed by the paint has low surface energy, liquid repellency and antifouling property, and also has high transparency and high hardness. The method is simple to prepare, low in cost, green and renewable, and has stable performance and high application value.
