Zusammenfassung:A catechol group is grafted to cardanol through a condensation reaction to obtain a cardanol-catechol condensation solution, then the solution, m-xylylenediamine and paraformaldehyde are subjected to a dehydration condensation reaction, and finally the cardanol-catechol curing agent is prepared. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method is simple, alkali substances do not need to be added to promote fusion of phenol and amine, phenolic aldehyde condensation reaction does not need to be carried out in advance, phenol and amine are mixed in advance, then aldehyde is added to directly initiate condensation reaction, and the phenolic aldehyde amine curing agent can be prepared through one procedure. Meanwhile, an adhesive prepared by mixing the curing agent and epoxy resin has the characteristics of rapid underwater curing, high toughness, high water resistance, high bonding strength and the like, and compared with a monophenol adhesive and an adhesive without a phenol structure, the adhesive has higher
