Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a machining process of an excavator driving wheel, and relates to the technical field of excavator driving wheel machining. A machining base, a multi-stage positioning type drilling device, a self-adaptive outer clamping mechanism, a positioning unit and a multi-point positioning drilling part are matched to complete machining of the excavator driving wheel, an L-shaped frame is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the upper end face of the machining base, and the multi-stage positioning type drilling device is jointly installed on an electric telescopic rod and the machining base. The multi-point type positioning drilling part comprises an equilateral triangle frame fixed to the bearing column through a telescopic connecting rod, the end of the equilateral triangle frame is fixedly connected with a driving motor, and the end of an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with a drilling rod. By means of the technical scheme, displacement of the driving wheel in the m
