The heat treatment method mainly comprises the steps that stress relief annealing and high-pressure heat treatment are conducted on the pure tantalum workpiece formed through selective laser melting. The internal pores, microcracks and the like of the treated pure tantalum workpiece are obviously improved, the fatigue source is obviously reduced, crystal grains are uniform and fine, lateral columnar crystal grains are reduced, and tiny keyholes and microcracks are bridged, so that the fatigue performance of the pure tantalum workpiece is improved. In addition, the pure tantalum part prepared through the method has important significance on additive manufacturing of metal tantalum implant parts.
