The preparation method comprises the following four steps: preparing a bimetal framework, preparing a precursor solution, preparing aerogel by an ice template method and modifying the aerogel. The aerogel with a one-way structure is prepared by taking a marine biomass material sodium alginate and single-sheet-layer MXene as matrix materials, the aerogel has relatively large porosity and specific surface area, and the catalytic activity of the catalyst can be obviously improved after the bimetallic catalyst is loaded.
