| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a membrane separation device and method. The membrane separation device comprises a high-frequency alternating-current power supply and at least one pair of conductive porous functional membranes which are oppositely arranged at intervals, a concentrated water channel for concentrated water is formed in the space on the inner sides of the conductive porous functional membranes, and a fresh water channel for fresh water is formed in the space on the outer side of each conductive porous functional membrane. Each conductive porous functional membrane is electrically connected with the high-frequency alternating current power supply, high-frequency alternating current is applied to the conductive porous functional membranes through the high-frequency alternating current power supply, so that the concentrated water generates heat and water vapor, and the water vapor enters the fresh water channel through the conductive porous functional membranes to obtain fresh water.
