Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a feed additive containing feruloyl esterase and bacillus subtilis and application of the feed additive. The original coding gene of the feruloyl esterase is obtained by screening from a genome of the novel whip fungus LGM-ZA7. In order to enable the gene to be normally expressed in a heterologous expression vector, the gene is synthesized again after codon optimization, and the synthesized gene is finally cloned and transformed into pichia pastoris for heterologous expression. The actual molecular weight of the expressed enzyme is about 80 kDa, and the purified enzyme shows remarkable feruloyl esterase activity. The expressed feruloyl esterase and bacillus subtilis have a synergistic effect, and when 0.3% of feruloyl esterase and 20 * 10 < 6 > CFU/g of bacillus subtilis are added into a substrate, the gas production rate of in-vitro fermentation can be remarkably increased, and the percentage of methane gas can be remarkably reduced. The novel additive has great application potential |
