Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to application of clostridium butyricum in preventing and treating plant diseases, a biocontrol microbial agent and a preparation method. According to the application of the clostridium butyricum in preventing and treating the plant diseases, provided by the invention, the clostridium butyricum is clostridium butyricum JBH-BD1; the plant disease is cotton verticillium wilt. The clostridium butyricum JBH-BD1 is used for preventing and treating crop diseases for the first time, and tests prove that the clostridium butyricum JBH-BD1 can effectively inhibit the growth of cotton verticillium wilt germs and remarkably improve the biological control effect of cotton verticillium wilt for the first time, so that the clostridium butyricum JBH-BD1 can be used for biological prevention and treatment of cotton verticillium wilt or used for preparing a biocontrol microbial inoculum; the application value in the aspect of preventing and treating
