The resin coating (100) contains, in mass%, 40.0-97.0% of an epoxy resin, 3.0-50.0% of a hydrous magnesium silicate powder, 0-10.0% of TiO2, 0-10.0% of a wax, 0-20.0% of a fluorine-based additive, and 0-10.0% of graphite, and satisfies formula (1).
