The secure transmission method of the video stream comprises the following steps: an IPC encrypts a to-be-transmitted video stream according to a first code stream key obtained in advance to obtain an encrypted video stream; the IPC encrypts the first code stream key according to a pre-obtained first packaging key to obtain a first encrypted code stream key; the IPC sends a data stream to the cloud platform, the data stream including the encrypted video stream and the first encrypted stream key. The cloud platform stores the data stream. And the user equipment receives a to-be-processed data stream sent by the cloud platform, wherein the to-be-processed data stream comprises an encrypted video stream and a first encrypted stream key. And the user equipment decrypts the first encryption code stream key according to a pre-obtained first packaging key to obtain the first code stream key. And the user equipment decrypts the encrypte
