Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an impedance matching and dead time optimization method for resonant tanks of a three-port solid-state transformer, which comprises the following steps of: reducing equivalent characteristic impedance of two ports into an equivalent characteristic circuit of another port, and calculating the equivalent characteristic impedance of the resonant tank of each port; enabling the equivalent characteristic impedance of the resonant tank of each port to be equal, and obtaining the relation between the characteristic impedance and the resonant inductance of the distributed resonant tank; calculating the resonant inductance of the low-voltage port, and obtaining the resonant inductance of the medium-voltage port and the resonant inductance of the high-voltage port according to the resonant inductance relation; and obtaining resonant capacitance according to the resonant inductance of each port to complete impedance matching.
