The method comprises the following steps: constructing a light storage charging station mathematical model, an energy storage life loss model and a charging station internal electric energy scheduling model; determining constraint conditions, wherein the constraint conditions comprise a power constraint for purchasing electricity from a power grid, a photovoltaic capacity constraint, a maximum power change value constraint, an equivalent loss constraint and an energy storage system general constraint; and finally, based on constraint conditions, solving the model to obtain an optimal strategy.
